Ken Carroll, Chief Operating Officer of EchoStar Satellite Services
Carroll will report to Dean Olmstead, president of EchoStar Satellite Services, and will have operational oversight over capacity leasing, ViP-TV, and other satellite-related businesses as they become operational.
Prior to joining EchoStar, Carroll served as President and Chief Operating Officer at WildBlue, a nationwide satellite broadband company based in Denver. He’s also served as Chief Financial Officer for Liberty Satellite & Technology and direct-to-home satellite TV provider PrimeStar.
“Ken brings solid financial and operational expertise in multiple segments of satellite services, which will be valuable as we move into the next growth phase for our business both domestically and internationally,” said Olmstead.
