Mr. Seifert has served as a consultant to the company since April 2007 and has more than 13 years of experience in financial management. Prior to Sanswire, Mr. Seifert served 5 years as CFO of a public telecommunications company. He has raised several million dollars from various investors over the past six years and has vast experience in mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Seifert has been involved in transactions with Intervoice-Brite (INTV) and the Mark Travel Corporation, a subsidiary of United Airlines and United Vacations. Past positions include CFO of 2Sendit.com, Controller for Integrated Telephony Products, and Controller for Mountain Vacations.
