....Stockholm, Sweden, June 11th through 15th. It is organized jointly by SSC and the German space agency DLR. SpaceOps has been arranged biennally since 1990, in various places around the world. It attracts experts, managers, technologists and scientists from space agencies, space industries and academia. It is estimated that 600 delegates from all over the world will take part in SpaceOps 2012, which will be arranged in the new venue Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre. The conference program comprises 300 presentations, selected from the 550 proposals that have been submitted to the technical program committee. There will also be a large exhibition. The theme of the conference, "For the benefit of our world", reflects the important role played by space technology in our daily lives and in research about the environment, climate and our future. In connection with the conference, SSC will also arrange a Technical Conference Tour to Kiruna and the Esrange Space Center.
