Anil Abraham as MEASAT's Vice President, Regulatory and Business Affairs

MEASAT Satellite Systems Sdn. Bhd. (“MEASAT”) announced today the appointment of Anil Abraham as Vice President, Regulatory and Business Affairs. As Vice President, Regulatory and Business Affairs, Anil is responsible for overseeing all regulatory activities of the Company, with a focus on strengthening the Company’s relationships with local and international regulators.

In addition, Anil is responsible for working with MEASAT’s Business Development and Legal departments to ensure the interests of the Company are being fully considered in contracts and partnerships entered into.

Prior to joining MEASAT, Anil was a Senior Counsel in the Group Legal Department at Usaha Tegas Sdn. Bhd. Anil was admitted to the rolls of Solicitors of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and practiced corporate law for several years at various international law firms in the City of London.

Anil holds a Bachelor and Master of Laws from King’s College, University of London. Anil also successfully completed his Corporate Legal Practice Course at London’s College of Law.
