[SatNews] David Masotti has been appointed to its COM DEV International's Board of Directors.

Mr. Masottia has also been named to the Board’s Human Resources and Compensation Committee. He is an experienced business leader, corporate director and entrepreneur who currently serves as Executive Chairman of life sciences biodefence company Defyrus Inc. and Managing Director of Tancho Innovation Capital. His previous leadership roles have included President and Chief Operating Officer of Chemtrade Logistics Inc., President of Rogers Telecom Inc., and President of Spar Space Systems.
