CETel GmbH has acquired the Managed Services Division of ND SatCom as of April 1st, 2009.

Furthermore, ongoing close cooperation with ND SatCom for product use and operation was agreed upon. This acquisition allows both companies to concentrate on their core competencies to provide customers with a best-in-class, end-to-end solution. ND SatCom offers strong system integration capabilities based on its core technologies and products, while CETel extends the offering with service elements of a network operator and service provider. In particular, CETel will now operate additional SkyWAN and SkyARCS networks. The migration of all involved services and personnel will be completed by the end of May, 2009.
