Skyware Global... Moving On Up...

Skyware Global logo Skyware Global, formerly the Raven Group and a Satellite Holdings company, has strengthened its position to become the global total solutions provider of satellite antenna systems for any application with the appointments of Linda Keen as Sales Director, Americas, and Paul Peddie, Account Manager, Europe.

Keen will report to Allan Kennedy, recently promoted to Global Sales and Marketing Director at Skyware Global. Kennedy is tasked with driving the company’s sales and marketing efforts to become the world’s leading provider of complete outdoor unit solutions (ODU) for any satellite application and associated electronics.  Peddie will report to Ray Beagan, Sales Director, Europe.

Linda has previously worked with ASC Signal, Andrew Corporation and Channel Master. Keen’s most recent role was as Account Manager at Skyware Global, and before that, at ASC Signal, responsible for sales, customer care and logistics. Skyware Global already has a significant presence and an established reputation in the Americas, particularly in the consumer broadband market which has grown over 35 percent over the last two years according to research carried out by the Satellite Industry Association.

Peddie joins the Skyware Global European Sales team with over 20 years experience in RF/Microwave Engineering and Business Development, most recently serving as Business Development Manager for Advantech AMT.  Prior to this, Peddie held various roles at EMEA Satcom Limited, Mitec Telcom, and Chelton Telecom & Microwave. Skyware Global forecasts significant growth in Europe over the next two years, due in part to the launch of new satellites (such as the Avanti Hylas satellite in 2010) which will provide affordable, high-speed broadband to businesses and consumers across the region.
