Tri-Axis — Self-Aligning — Motorized — MotoSAT's Combo Antenna Debuts

MotoSAT MESA controller + antenna MotoSAT has released their MESA™ series, this being the first tri-axis, motorized, self-aligning VSAT antenna for fixed applications.

With the MESA, businesses gain a new level of flexibility for remote satellite communication and backup of land-based networks. The MESA is a motorized, self pointing, auto-acquiring antenna that can be mounted on either a permanent or portable fixed base and uses tri-axis alignment to provide automatic satellite peaking and acquisition for fixed base antennas ranging in size from 1.2 to 2.4m. With its multi-platform compatibility, the MESA can be used on satellite networks worldwide. Designed to provide single button satellite acquisition and automatic reacquisition in the harshest of environments, the MESA provides a very inexpensive, yet highly reliable, satellite bandwidth solution. The MESA offers many of the same features and reliability of a mobile satellite antenna at a fraction of the cost. For VSAT users located in areas prone to high winds, hurricanes or tornados, the MESA can eliminate costs and outages related to frequent antenna realignment.
