First Graduates Make The Vizada Grade
Vizada has graduated its first class of service provider trainees from its technical training program, the Vizada Solutions™ Certification Program (VSCP).
VSCP is designed to give Vizada’s more than 400 Service Provider Partners the business and technical knowledge they need to increase their revenue by successfully selling, supporting and promoting the Vizada Solutions™ portfolio of value added solutions. This program is based on leading information technology training programs from companies such as Microsoft and Citrix. Service providers from all over the country and even Brazil sent trainees for the first session in mid July. VSCP helps Service Providers acquire new commercial and technical support expertise and offers promotional tools to service providers that complete the program. To become certified, a service provider must send at least two role-related staff through each of the commercial training and technical support training programs however Vizada strongly recommends that all participants participate in the full program. The next training sessions for service providers located in the Americas take place in August and September. Additional sessions are being offered at Vizada’s training facility in Aussaguel, France for service providers located in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
