Bringing their Simulsat product line to IBC2016 is Antenna Technology Communications, Inc, otherwise known as ATCi, as they introduce their new Simulsat 7A product to attendees.
The Simulsat product line eliminates the need for multiple parabolic antennas, otherwise known as antenna farms. The savings are apparent from reduced installation, real estate, fiber/coax and maintenance costs. Also, additional channels can be added by simply peaking another feedhorn in the antenna feedbox. The Simulsat product lines are capable of receiving signals of up to 37 C- and Ku-band satellites.
According to Anthony Graves, the Sales and Product Manager for ATCi, several installs for high profile customers have already been accomplished. Customers love the ability to see up to 75 degrees of satellite arc with one antenna, plus the cost savings and coverage for future growth is also tremendous.
