Teledyne Paradise Datacom has developed a new breakthrough technology, LinkGuard, in the long battle against in-band interference and its impact on revenues and costs. Now, for the first time, operators can do pro-active, 24/7 monitoring of Interference-Under-Carriers with no disruption to live modem traffic…and without the need for an operator to be present. LinkGuard now ships standard in Paradise modems, giving operators a powerful new detection capability that until now has been economically cost-prohibitive. Working in concert with our on-board spectrum analyzer, LinkGuard’s exclusive Signal-Under-Carrier interference detection provides round-the-clock monitoring “at source” in the modem from local or remote locations. This patent-pending technology can identify previously undetected interference due to other Modulated Carriers, tonal interferers (such as CW), poor Cross-polarization Rejection, Radar and Jammers, and intermittent signals such as WiMAX.

Also on display at the Teledyne Paradise Datacom booth will be additional advanced solutions that include the 7RU Modular SSPAs, the 80W X-Band GaN BUC, and the new generation of fully synthesized, modular satcom converters. The Company will be in Hall 1, Stand 1.B22.
