ASC-TEC AG (DCT DELTA)... Moving On Up + Moving On Out... Stickl Departs, Kiebler To CEO... (Business)


[SatNews] ASC-TEC AG (DCT DELTA), a leading supplier of end–to end solutions for the satellite and cable industry, announces a change at executive management level.

Christian Stickl, CEO of ASC-TEC AG and GM of the subsidiary DCT DELTA GmbH, leaves the helm on July 1st, 2013, to follow other opportunities. After successful economic stabilization and strategic realignment of the group between 2009 –2013, he hands the reigns over to Ulrich Kiebler. Christian Stickl will support the company on a consultancy base until autumn 2013.

Fredi Grömminger, founder of ASC-TEC AG and chairman of the supervisory board, thanked Christian Stickl for his visionary leadership and confirms the continuation of the company's strategy with the appointment of Ulrich Kiebler, who worked in different management positions at SES Astra, ND SatCom, Nortel Dasa and Infineon and has more than 20 years of management experience in high tech marketing and sales in the Satellite Communications and Semiconductor Industry.

From 2010-2013, he worked for SES Astra as Vice President, Government & Institutions, and was responsible for international satellite projects in central Europe and Middle East. He also worked with ND SatCom and Nortel Dasa for 14 years.
