[SatNews] Alexey Chernov has been appointed to the Deputy Chief of the Communications System Operation service, while Sergey Plotnikov became the Chief of the RSCC’ division of infocommunication Technologies and Multimedia services. – Alexey will manage operation and development of Shabolovka TC as the key component of the RSCC’ terrestrial infrastructure to meet the taks of communications channel commutation, compression, and multiplexing signals. Sergey will be responsible for implementing and developing multimedia platforms and introducing advanced technologies for RSCC’s technical facilities.
