The Board now consists of six directors made up of Graham McBride, Frank Ruffolo, Del Lippert and Georges Ata (each an independent director) and Adam Adamou and Fred Godard (each a non-independent director).

Mr. Lippert has more than 40 years of successful management experience, spanning a variety of technology firms across North America which included Digital Equipment Corporation and a high growth cellular telephone company. Most recently, Mr. Lippert was President and CEO of Med-Eng Systems (a manufacturer of body protection and electronic counter-measure systems) from 2005 until his retirement in September 2006. Mr. Lippert previously served on IDC's Board of Directors from 2009 until July 12, 2011.

Georges Ata, M.B.A., B. Eng., has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Intelcan Technosystems Inc., a Canadian leader in Communications, Navigation, Surveillance (CNS) Air Traffic Management (ATM) and Airport Infrastructure solutions, since July 2008. In 2006, Mr. Ata received the award "Prix Releve d'Excellence" in the category Small-Medium Size Businesses from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) de Montreal, one of Canada's leading business schools, for his career accomplishments to date.
