OTTAWA, ONTARIO—International Datacasting Corporation (TSX:IDC) ("IDC" or the "Company") announced today the resignation of Fred Godard as a Director of the Company effective immediately. The Board now consists of Del Lippert as Chairman, Georges Ata, Graham McBride and Peter Strom. Mr. Lippert is also currently serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer of IDC.
