Brick House Video’s NAB 2010 line-up will include a balance of new and enhanced compact and cost-effective equipment for production and post-production. Previewing at NAB will be the HD version of
Callisto Micro, probably the smallest SDI switcher on the market! Callisto Micro-HD features 4 asynchronous HD inputs, multiple program/preview and monitoring outputs, 12V operation and a very small footprint. Callisto Micro-HD is designed especially for mobile crews, helicopter operators and other users for whom space, weight and ease of use are at a premium. The switcher will also be offering an on-board web server as part of BHV's policy to make all of its products controllable over IP.

Proteus
The
Proteus multi-format, multi-purpose converter will be shown with new detail enhancement. Based on an advanced
Motion Adaptive Standards Converter, Proteus offers full format conversion, frame synchronizing, TBC, video and audio Proc Amps, audio delay and Aspect Ratio Conversion as well as bi-directional standards (rate) conversion. Proteus addresses lip-sync errors with an optional audio delay (up to 10 seconds) featuring both tracking and block delay. Proteus is a full broadcast specification unit in use with many leading broadcasters worldwide.

HD/SD Live Streaming Encoder.
MiniCaster offers an extremely cost-effective solution for live streaming, complete with HD-SDI, SD-SDI and analog video inputs, embedded and discrete audio processing with GigE output in a compact, 2RU half-rack enclosure. MiniCaster provides a rich user interface via local keyboard, mouse and VGA connections, and can record live streams via built-in RAID storage.
