The new system brings together best-in-class carrier monitoring, detection and geolocation products to provide the satellite industry with the most comprehensive, robust and scalable offering available today. According to the SUIRG, signal interference significantly impacts margins, Quality of Service (QoS) and operational efficiency. Industry groups have estimated that the impact of interference on a relatively small satellite fleet can cost an operator more than $1 million per year. satID Expert with Monics provides the deepest level of monitoring, detection and geolocation to ensure interference issues are mitigated in a matter of minutes with the greatest possible accuracy.

Current Monics customers can now easily upgrade their systems to deliver remote acquisition units for satID systems, enabling its use as sensors for split-site and split-reference geolocation scenarios, and for performing Ephemeris Error Compensation (EEC). The new capability enables scalable solutions from a single-site system to a global network of monitoring and geolocation units.
