[SatNews] Vizada has revealed that all Vizada Group companies voice traffic will be consolidated into a single global voice carrier as of May 2011.
The Vizada Global Voice initiative has been developed to provide a stronger voice focus and a single point of contact together with a broader reach for both retail and wholesale customers. Vizada Global Voice brings together the voice carrier functions of Vizada EMEAA, Vizada Americas, Vizada Networks, Marlink and TDCOM and will provide the specific market expertise that Vizada Group customers in different industries rely on. Vizada Networks will provide the same focused services for its ongoing voice commitments and following the successful implementation of Vizada Global Voice, customers will benefit from an enhanced level of service without any service interruption during its application.
Vizada Global Voice will continue to offer premium quality voice routes whilst providing the advantage of highly affordable rates, with high availability and guaranteed Quality of Service routed over Vizada’s own IP backbone and voice gateways, ensuring continuity and improvement in levels of service and customer satisfaction. Vizada Global Voice will be able to terminate all Inmarsat prefixes directly through Vizada’s own and operated earth stations (Southbury, Santa Paula, Aussaguel, Eik) in addition to the company’s premium direct routes (VSAT) in Africa and the Middle East. The new initiative will be managed by Vizada Networks in close cooperation with Vizada EMEAA and Vizada Americas. Vizada Networks will be on hand at the International Telecoms Week in Washington (ITW 2011), 23 - 25 May 2011, to discuss the introduction of Vizada Global Voice at booth 705.
