GVF... @ CABSAT With No Interference... (Event)

[SatNews] As part of a broader initiative to prevent signal interference, GVF is working with...

...the organizers of CabSat in Dubai to highlight satellite communications equipment that has been tested and approved in co-ordination with a global product-certification initiative. There are a total of six exhibitors with approved products at CabSat. Those technologies will have demonstrated compliance with GVF-coordinated industry standards, which encourage integrity in equipment design, production, and performance.

“For anyone looking to purchase satellite equipment, the knowledge of which products have been authenticated by an organisation, such as GVF can be extremely crucial,” said David Hartshorn, Secretary General, GVF. “Well-built products work much more efficiently, helping to reduce operational costs, as well as helping to significantly reduce instances of satellite interference.”

The full list of companies with approved products can be viewed on the GVF website at http://gvf.org/approvals/product-catalogue.html. GVF will be exhibiting at CabSat (Hall 1, Booth 116), as well as hosting a number of industry forums at both exhibitions, including Interference Prevention Summits. The full list of GVF events can be found on the GVF website – http://gvf.org/news/events-calendar.html.
