C-COM Satellite Systems Inc. (TSXV: CMI) has now established its second service and support center in China. The service center will be operated by one of C-COM’s Chinese value added resellers, Blue Satellite Communications Technology Co., Ltd. (BSC), located in Beijing.

The center will train Chinese customers in the use of the C-COM manufactured iNetVu Mobileauto pointing satellite platforms as well as provide local technical support. The center will also act as a warranty repair center and distribution facility for all C-COM products sold in China. “To meet the demand for training and support requirements generated by the increasing sales of iNetVu antennas in China, we decided to create a second service facility in Beijing. This new facility will be able to extend our service coverage to our end users there an also provide our Chinese customers and dealers with local training and support. BSC staff will also provide timely first and second level technical support as well as local warranty/repair services” said Leslie Klein, President and CEO of C-COM Satellite Systems Inc.
