The iNetVu® 985 is a 98cm Ka-band, vehicle-mounted antenna system and represents C-COM’s next generation of mobile, auto-deploy antenna systems. The state-of-the-art Ka-band antenna system was tested by Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ:GILT), a provider of products and professional services for satellite-based broadband communications networks worldwide, and is fully integrated with Gilat’s SkyEdge II Ka-band terminals. The iNetVu® 985 joins C-COM’s extensive range of mobile self-pointing, auto deploy antennas. The proprietary developed antennas allow the delivery of broadband satellite Internet access, VoIP and Video services in diverse mobile environments, including disaster management, emergency services, oil and gas exploration, and SNG.
