Malaysia’s no.1 rated HD channel, ONE HD, has joined MEASAT Satellite Systems Sdn. Bhd. ("MEASAT")’s video neighborhood. ONE HD, owned and operated by Sony Pictures Entertainment Networks Asia, delivers HD Korean drama, reality programming, and music shows. Initially launched in Malaysia in October of 2010, the channel has performed exceptionally well, making it the most popular HD channel in the country. ONE HD is now being made available on MEASAT-3 C-band regional feed across Asia Pacific. The MEASAT-3/3a satellites located at the orbital hot slot of 91.5 degrees East provides premium video content to the region. MEASAT has a total of 17 HD channels on its video neighborhood, making MEASAT the preferred satellite operator for HD content distribution in the region.
