The Board of Directors of Honeywell (NYSE: HON) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.3025 per share on the company's outstanding common stock.

The dividend is payable on September 10, 2009, to shareowners of record at the close of business on August 20, 2009. Honeywell is a Fortune 100 diversified technology and manufacturing leader, serving customers worldwide with aerospace products and services; control technologies for buildings, homes and industry; automotive products; turbochargers; and specialty materials. Based in Morris Township, N.J., Honeywell’s shares are traded on the New York, London, and Chicago Stock Exchanges.
