Following the meeting of the Arianespace Board of Directors in Evry, company Chairman & CEO Jean-Yves Le Gall announced the following appointments, which will take effect on April 15, 2009.

Françoise Bouzitat named Deputy Director General. Mrs. Bouzitat previously was Senior Vice President, Finance — Jean Max Puech was named Senior Vice President, Finance, and he was previously Vice President, Finance, and takes over the position held until now by Mrs. Bouzitat. Jacques Breton was named Senior Vice President, Sales & Customers, and he was previously the head of the technical support and business development unit in the Sales & Customers Directorate. He succeeds Philippe Berterottière, who is leaving the company.
