C-COM Satellite Systems Inc. (TSXV: CMI) and THAICOM Public Company Limited are cooperating to develop the Asian Satellite mobile market.

  The C-COM developed and manufactured iNetVu™ auto-deploying mobile satellite antenna systems have gained a solid worldwide reputation for extremely high reliability, ease of use and advanced functionality. Many iNetVu antennas are already deployed across Asia for mobile satellite applications such as emergency communications, satellite news gathering, military, oil and gas exploration as well as for emergency and disaster management. The THAICOM-4 (IPSTAR) satellite is currently the largest commercial satellite ever launched and the only broadband satellite covering 14 countries in Asia-Pacific. The IPSTAR broadband satellite system uses advanced ground systems together with multi-spot beam satellite technology to enable cost effective broadband services throughout the region. Currently, IPSTAR is deployed in 12 countries in Asia-Pacific: Australia, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Japan,Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
