The satellite footprint covers all of Afghanistan and adjoining countries including Pakistan and supports two way communications service in excess of 2 Megabits on small c-band antennas with a 2.4 meter diameter.
The new service is unique because it offers the only one hop satellite connection between Afghanistan and the USA through HPT teleport in Hawaii.
