
For several years now, broadcasters and satellite industry leaders have been collaborating to combat satellite interference throughout the world. In particular the subject of Carrier ID remains high on the global agenda. Participating in this high-level dialogue will be executives covering the full spectrum of our industry involved with Carrier ID the plans being developed to take quality assurance and satellite signal integrity to the next level.

The forum will focus on moving forward with Carrier ID and the preparations for a start date of the July 27, 2012 Olympics. It will feature presentations from many leading executives in the industry, including Martin Jarrold, GVF, Stewart Sanders, SES, and Guido Baraglia, Kratos-ISE & IRG Director, amongst others.

Martin Coleman, Executive Director, Satellite Interference Reduction Group, commented, “Industry efforts to solve RFI problems have been extensive, but we still have a long way to go to achieve widespread adoption of viable solutions across the industry, in order to mitigate the cause of interference.”
