At BroadcastAsia2009, Omneon will make its Asian debut of the new MediaDeck GX, a complete channel-playout solution that combines proven video server playout, world-class graphics, and advanced audio processing, all of which operate under the control of the user's preferred automation system.

Another new product being presented at BroadcastAsia will be the Omneon MediaBridge application, a software solution that enables users to make a smooth migration from Avid MediaStream servers to the Spectrum or MediaDeck media servers. The MediaBridge solution converts media without transcoding, enabling faster-than-real-time transfers to the Spectrum system and making content available for immediate access and playout.
