Globalstar Europe Satellite Services Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Globalstar, Inc. (OTCBB: GSAT) and a provider of mobile satellite voice and data services to businesses, governments and consumers, today announced that it has signed an authorized distribution agreement with E-SAT. E-SAT will act as a national distributor for Globalstar's suite of duplex products within the French mainland territory.

Globalstar’s fourth batch of six, second generation satellites were launched on February 6th from the Cosmodrome in Baikonur, Kazakhstan. The February 6th launch is the last launch necessary to fully restore Globalstar’s Duplex service to the highest level of quality that Globalstar customers have historically enjoyed. Combined with the Company’s affordable and award-winning suite of consumer retail SPOT products, Globalstar will be uniquely positioned to offer the world’s most extensive line-up of highly reliable and lowest priced mobile satellite services to the broadest range of customers around the globe.
