Polar Mission Control Systems Contract Signed By ISE...

MetOp Integral Systems Europe (ISE),[Nasdaq: ISYS], has signed a yearly renewable contract to support the Polar Mission Control System (MCS) over the next 15 years with the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT).

Integral Systems Europe, a wholly owned subsidiary of Integral Systems, Inc., delivered the MCS as a subcontract to Thales Alenia Space. The MCS includes four systems at two different sites and has been in operation since October 2005. This long-term agreement is a direct contract with EUMETSAT.

"Following the successful launch and commissioning of the Metop-A satellite, and based on this positive experience, we are pleased that ISE will provide long-term direct support to the Metop MCS," said Yves Buhler, Head of the Maintenance and Engineering Division in EUMETSAT's Operations Department.

"We are extremely proud to become a long-term partner to EUMETSAT as a result of our performance providing the Metop MCS," said Bruno Dupas, President of Integral Systems Europe. "We look forward to working with EUMETSAT to expand the MCS for future missions."
