Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence, Teo Chee Hean, awarded the Defence Technology Prize (DTP) to two individuals and five teams at the Biopolis On October 30th. This year's winners were selected from a total of 22 nominations, among whom are the developers of the Skyblade III Mini Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Singapore's first indigenously designed and produced mini UAV system, and the Trailblazer, the world's first compact and fully tracked Armoured Countermine Vehicle.
