By this notice, SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. has completed acquisition of its own shares under the resolution at the Board of Directors meeting held on December 3, 2008.

2. Total number of acquired shares: 13,527 shares
3. Total cost of acquired shares: 568,787,100 yen
4. Manner of acquisition: acquired in the market (TSE)

A maximum of 40,000 ordinary shares of common stock were acquired, with the total cost being 1.6 billion yen, between December 4th and December 30th of 2008.
