Moving On Up... At Integral Systems...


Integral Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISYS) has hired Levi A. Royster to serve as vice president of information technology and information security.

Royster reports to Jeffrey Rosolio, executive vice president, Human Resources and Administration. In his position, Royster is responsible for developing a company-wide approach to addressing security processes that protect the people, information and property at Integral Systems' locations. In addition, Royster is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the company's information technology infrastructure and information security processes. During his 21 years of service in the U.S. Army, Royster managed more than 350 military and contractor personnel and served in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. In addition he has managed several of the largest secure communications facilities in the world with responsibility for the accountability, distribution, storage, and procurement of communications security equipment, valued in excess of $245 million. More recently, Royster served as a senior communications security consultant at ACT Integrity Consulting Inc. of Fairfax, Va. Previously, he served as a senior manager for Information Assurance and Information Security at the FBI, where he developed a technology roadmap strategy for information security, continuity of operations, disaster recovery and preparedness.
