The package requires a minimum 18 month term, includes C- and Ku-band Evolution with a starting configuration of 1.5 Mbps/512Kbps, a VNO license, leased servers, satellite space segment and Internet services. The VNO package also includes the high-level engineering support and 24/7 NOC required to ensure quick, seamless assistance should an issue arise.
NewCom International has also developed a bundled colocation package that makes it easier for IPTV service providers to deliver premium sports, news and entertainment channels to content-hungry subscribers in Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa. The package gives IPTV service providers unlimited downlink services, colocation space and per Mbps Internet access at our strategically located Miami teleport. In addition to being a critical video node for the East Coast with direct links to Washington, New York and Los Angeles, this world-class teleport has access to 30 antennas and several satellites―ensuring the fast, direct transport that video companies need.
