The new application suite will use the benefits of HTML5 within natively coded applications for common implementation across devices, offering a quick time to market across a growing number of internet connected screens. The applications also offer plugins for DRM solutions across the device range.

Aspiro TV’s Hybrid Apps, which will be offered across internet connected devices including smartphones, tablets, PC-Mac, connected TVs and game consoles, can be localised or white-labeled for service and content providers, broadcasters and network operators. The company’s unique single mediation layer ‘The Media Access API’ enables integration of Hybrid Apps to existing video platforms worldwide.
