DigitalGlobe & Geoimage announce an Australia wide imagery promotion until 31st December 2011. Orthorectified 4-band DigitalGlobe imagery provided with a resampled 2m resolution is available from Geoimage at a 70 percent discount off the recommended retail price.

DigitalGlobe satellite imagery has been used for a numerous projects for almost 10 years, from mining to agriculture, engineering to forestry, and for many government mapping applications. This resampled product will be suitable for those projects requiring medium-to-high resolution imagery over large areas on tight budgets, such as mineral exploration projects or pre-feasibility scoping studies. This special promotion applies to any WorldView-2 or QuickBird imagery already located in the archive, which stretches back to 2002, or for tasking newly captured QuickBird imagery, thus providing lots of options regarding the age of the imagery required.

This promotion is available for areas up to 10,000sqkm in size, and is only available to Australian based clients with Australian areas of interest.
