Genesis Networks has announced that ETV, one of the largest networks of satellite television channels in India, has contracted with Genesis for a fully managed video transmission solution from ETV’s studios in Hyderabad, India, to the DirecTV facility in Los Angeles, California. This solution includes delivery of ETV Telegu and ETV Bangla channels. Genesis Networks provides a turnkey solution that includes all required video encoding and decoding hardware, end-to-end fiber connectivity, network management and 24 by 7 by 365 monitoring and technical support services.  In addition to the video transmission services, Genesis Networks will also provide a managed automated nine hour time delay service to place ETV programming on the appropriate programming schedule for North American time zones.
