Norwegian companies, Appear TV and T-VIPS, will be presenting their new products and solutions.

Both organizations will be demo'ing new products designed to increase efficiency and flexibility in video transport. Appear TV provides nexgen head-ends for broadcast and IP television and T-VIPS will be primarily showcasing video transport solutions for contribution and distribution.

Appear TV (Booth 1.C61, Hall 1) will be showing their universal distribution head-ends, which are now available for shipping. These unique head-ends are making their IBC debut and are fully flexible over inputs, outputs, encoding and transcoding, capable of taking any input and providing any output. Visitors to the Appear TV exhibition booth will see:

T-VIPS (Booth 1.B71, Hall 1) will be unveiling new digital terrestrial TV (DTT), video transport and IP. In terms of transport stream processing, new solutions will be showcased which are designed to simplify the uninterrupted operation of complex video networks. In video contribution, new products will ensure a continued delivery of the best performance across all bandwidth ranges, and in DTT operators will be provided with best-in-class solutions to ensure consumers enjoy robust, localized HD TV. Visitors to the T-VIPS booth will see:

• A number of demos of the cProcessor multiplexing and processing products, which have been developed to address the needs of network operators, TV stations and broadcasters by providing simple solutions for complex environments and a live demo of the DVB-T2/SFN Seamless Switching Solution
• The T-VIPS Video Gateway range, which has been designed primarily to provide high-quality transport of video over IP. IBC will showcase how the TVG450 can contribute to effective remote productions
• The nSure range, showing how it can safeguard the delivery of high-quality video content, by providing 24/7 monitoring, advanced analysis and redundancy switching
