Sage Communications Makes A Very Sage Acquisition... Longbottom Communications

Sage Communications, an integrated marketing and communications agency, announced today that it has acquired Longbottom Communications, a marketing and public relations firm in the commercial satellite and space industry. For Sage, the move is a strategic investment in support of the company’s long-term strategic growth goals to increase its position in the satellite industry.

  • Upon finalizing the agreement on Wednesday, November 6, 2013, Longbottom Communications will operate as a Division of Sage Communications.
  • The Division will continue to operate under the leadership of Penelope Longbottom and Patrick Boyle, and its current staff will remain intact to support its clients.
  • The companies will debut as a unified firm at the 2013 Satellite Communications Conference & Expo (SATCON), November 13-14 at the Javits Convention Center in New York City.
