Integral Systems | Newpoint Technologies... COMPASS Control (SATCOM)

[SatNews] Integral Systems, Inc., (NASDAQ: ISYS) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Newpoint Technologies, has been awarded $2.1M through multiple contracts from the U.S. Government, international military, commercial satellite operators and service providers.

Under the terms of the contracts, Newpoint Technologies will provide its award winning COMPASS Network Management System (NMS) for critical network assets and services. The contract awards demonstrate Newpoint Technologies’ successful focus on expanding its global footprint. Examples of recent international deals include: Separate contracts for large military programs in Asia and Australia providing COMPASS NMS to manage multiple, large teleports from a number of geographically-diverse Network Operations Centers. Two major satellite operators in Asia have added or upgraded COMPASS NMS to centrally manage all ground segment antennas from a single system. Provided COMPASS NMS and Carrier Monitoring System from SAT Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Integral Systems, to two European satellite operators. Expanded COMPASS NMS for a large service provider in Africa to incorporate 10 additional remote sites. This raises the total number of sites to 32 that are under the provider’s Network Operations Center control.
