Minimized Pushing + Pulling Part Of New Crystek VCO For SATCOM

Crystek Corp. logo (Crystals) Crystek Corp. has unveiled its CVCO55CC-2745-2860 VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator), which operates from 2745 MHz to 2860 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5V~4.5V.

Suited to applications such as SATCOM systems, digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, and base stations, the new VCO features a typical phase noise of -106 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity, with output power typically +4 dBm. The model is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 5V, with a max current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 0.8 MHz and 1.3 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.
