Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) has named David L. Ryan sector vice president for business development at its Information Systems sector, reporting directly to Linda A. Mills, corporate vice president and president of Information Systems.

Ryan most recently served as the sector vice president for programs for the former Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector. Ryan has also served as sector vice president and general manager of the Civil Systems division with Northrop Grumman's former Space Technology sector and as program manager for the National Polar-Orbiting Operational Environmental Satellite Systems program.
