...VT iDirect, Inc. (iDirect), a company of VT Systems, Inc. (VT Systems), today announced the results of its latest Customer Satisfaction Survey. iDirect achieved a score of 93.13 percent in consolidated customer satisfaction, the highest rating iDirect has earned on the survey, which began in 2006.
The results were compiled from rating iDirect in key areas including technology products, order fulfillment, sales staff, and culture and values. iDirect is a provides satellite-based IP communications technology.
Each year, iDirect surveys its global customer base to measure satisfaction on every aspect of the company’s operations. This year marks the seventh consecutive time iDirect has increased its overall satisfaction rating. The report reveals that iDirect has excelled in many categories, including the highest of 94.04 percent in culture and values, and 91.08 percent in services.
