COM DEV International Ltd. ("COM DEV" or the "Company") has announced that Terry Reidel has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors to replace Keith Ainsworth.

Mr. Reidel, who was appointed as a director in 2007, recently served as Vice-Chairman of the Company. Peter Scovell, who has been a director since 2001, has been appointed Vice-Chairman. Mr. Ainsworth assumed the role of Chairman from Val O'Donovan in 2003 and helped lead the Company through difficult times to its recent period of growth. Mr. Ainsworth will remain as a director of the Company. Mr. Reidel said, "I look forward to the opportunity of leading the Company's Board of Directors in the future and wish to thank Keith for his guidance."
