Flight 4 of Falcon 1 Ready, Get Set . . .


Falcon Mere hours from now, if all goes well Falcon 1 is currently cleared for liftoff sometime between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. (California time) Sunday September 28th. However, if anything requires investigation, the launch will be postponed, but you’ll be informed. You can access the webcast at the SpaceX site. The Falcon Launch Vehicle Family is designed to provide breakthrough advances in reliability, cost, flight environment and time to launch. Falcon 1 is a two stage, liquid oxygen and rocket grade kerosene (RP-1) powered launch vehicle. It is designed from the ground up for cost efficient and reliable transport of satellites to low Earth orbit.
