ScheduALL... @ CABSAT 2011 With...

[SatNews] ScheduALL will showcase new, innovative technologies at CABSAT 2011 that enable faster and more profitable collaboration between companies. The demand for tools that streamline processes and enable businesses to seamlessly interoperate and better work together are moving beyond mere whiteboard fodder and into real-world production. ScheduALL is uniquely at the center of this movement. ScheduALL's diverse and widespread client footprint, made up of established broadcasters, transmission providers, production and post production companies, is complimented by two products that allow these individual businesses to advance workflows and leverage resources like never before.

ERMa, ScheduALL's Enterprise Resource Management application, enables real-time ScheduALL-to-ScheduALL connectivity to share resource inventories - transmission bandwidth, trucks, equipment and personnel - among enterprise partners. This capability allows a broadcaster to book, execute and reconcile with its partner community in real time, avoiding fumbled phone calls and missed emails. This also enables broadcasters to search and source the best partner for the job including availability, pricing and and quality of past performance.

AVvA, a browser-agnostic, cloud-based network, AVvANow.com, compliments the collaboration platform by allowing independent contractors, freelancers and third-party providers to make their inventory of resources available for immediate bookings by the global ERMa and AVvA client communities within the live marketplace. Once displaced staffers can now be seen and used as internal resources to fulfill against an upcoming project. AVvA also expedites booking, invoicing and receiving payments for freelancers because their time and deliverables are immediately entered into their consumers system.

At CABSAT, ScheduALL continues to build on its industry-standard transmission platform with ScheduLINK, delivering satellite segment management, and Network Circuit Selection, for terrestrial circuits. These unique solutions are enabling broadcast companies to quickly assess preferred, available delivery methods to easily book, manage and resell Ocassional-Use feeds, reducing operational costs for both the consumer and supplier and promoting immediate access to services.
