[SatNews] A multi-year contract by Harris CapRock to provide fiber optic circuit connectivity and fiber construction services for a U.S. government facility in Djibouti has been awarded to BringCom.
The fiber optic circuit contract uses BringCom's teleport facilities in Djibouti City, Republic of Djibouti, and its Network Operating Center (NOC) in Sterling, Virginia, USA. Harris CapRock is supplying managed network equipment and services to provide a custom end-to-end communications solution to the customer.
Fulfilling the contract makes use of BringCom's extensive local partnerships in Africa and its experience there with connectivity, construction of in-country facilities and continuing maintenance activities.
