No Nimiq-4 Go

Nimiq-4 satellite (small) From International Launch Services (ILS) comes word that the launch of a Proton launch vehicle with the Nimiq 4 satellite was postponed for 24 hours. This halt was required in order to replace an avionics unit on the first stage of the Proton M rocket, which showed anomalous signature during routine testing.
