SAT Expo Europe 2010, the 3rd edition of the international event dedicated to the aerospace industry, its services and applications as well as integrated telecommunications, will occur in Rome at the new Exhibition Centre from February 4th to 6th.The event is the first appointment of the year for the sector.

The exhibiting area of SAT Expo Europe will host the industries, applications, and services of the four aerospace macro areas, those being Earth observation, Navigation, Space Exploration and Transport, and Integrated telecommunications. The Mediterranean Space Conference will also be held alongside the event, offering three days of meetings dedicated to the geopolitical strategies of aerospace in the Mediterranean, the Earth observation data new business opportunities, and its relevance for Homeland security, territorial planning and prevention of environmental risks, the planning and development state of the Galileo system, the new management models of the aerospace and defence industry and the relations between the large aerospace industry and small and medium sized enterprises.
