Globe Wireless has acquired Zynetix, a UK-based company specializing in GSM solutions, having already used the Zynetix technology in its GlobeMobile solution. Frank Coles President & CEO of Globe Wireless announced, “This is a significant step for maritime communications. It solves the problem of providing cost effective, private and convenient ship communications.”
